The Brumleys are an old and colorful Miller County family and I find them very interesting. There were three Brumley families here in the 1840 census. Daniel Brumley in a family of 10. James Brumley with a family of 5. John Brumley with a family of 4. Daniel is the oldest and probably the father of the other two.
