The Dooleys are some of our early settlers. Ebsom1 & Uriah seem to be the first. Both were fairly young in the 1840 census. There were a bunch of Dooley girls to come, that would marry into prominent families, and do their part in the growth of Miller County. Let's see what is happening with Esom & Uriah in the 1850-60s. Apparently someone in this family reads the Bible. That's the kind of people you want to start a County with. In the 1850 census they were living next door to each other.
