KEMNA FAMILY:

Several of the Kemna's live along a road called the Old Meta-St. Elizabeth Road. They own land that is one of the most historical parts of Miller County. The Big Tavern Creek runs through their land. The old West Mill was on this land. Arch Cave is on this land. Indian bones were found in this cave and were on display at Jefferson City for some time. I think the Indian Association made them take them off display. This land was the tribal land of the Osage Indians. The Kemnas are great people.
