The Shulte Family settled around St. Elizabeth and Marys Home, Mo. They are honest hardworking German people and married into the same. They are a tribute to Miller County. John Shulte was an Historian, Writer and Teacher. He is gone but there are many people alive today that remember him and look up to him. You will find them buried close to where they lived and died, in St. Lawrence Cemetery at St. Elizabeth and Marys Home.
